The Company was founded in 1895. The director wasCarl Untucht. The product range included lamps, vases, ornamental vessels, flowerpots, tableware for kitchen and domestic use, kitchen sets, dinner services, and toiletry sets. Decorating techniques included both onglazing and underglazing, stencilled patterns, hand painting, and spray-on designs. The factory had its own painting and aerograph spraying facilities. The products were exported all over the world. In 1925, the company employed 230 persons; by 1934, 270.
